Privacy, terms and company information.

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you submit a form on this site, its contents — typically your name, company, email address and what you write about your project — are sent to our web server and forwarded to our inbox as an email. A copy of each submission is kept on the server so that a message lost in transit does not mean a lost enquiry. If you write to anasbrentsp@proton.me directly, we receive your email in the ordinary way.

When a form is submitted, the server also records the IP address of the request. We use it only to limit automated abuse of the forms.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, to scope and quote your project, and to perform a contract if we sign one. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contract and contract activity, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in replying to business correspondence and keeping the forms free of abuse.

Who sees it

Our own team, and — where matching requires it — the shortlisted development partner, under a written confidentiality agreement. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass your details to a partner before telling you which partner it is. The companies that host this website and our mailbox process data on our behalf to provide those services. Where a partner or service provider sits outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised under GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence and form submissions for up to 24 months from the last contact. Contract and accounting records for the period required by Polish law. Ask us to delete your enquiry earlier and we will.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, exercised by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third-party font service, so browsing the site does not send requests to other providers. If analytics are added later, a consent banner will be added with them and this section updated.

What ANASBRENT does

We provide scoping, partner selection, contracting and delivery management. Engineering work is performed by independent development partners. Unless a specific agreement states otherwise, ANASBRENT is your counterparty for the engagement and remains responsible for managing the partner against the approved scope.

Scoping

Scoping is not invoiced separately; our fee is contained in the project quote together with a placement commission payable by the partner. The scope document is yours to keep whether or not you proceed. Estimates shown anywhere on this website, including the squad configurator, are indicative only and are not an offer — the binding price is the matched partner's written quote.

Payments and escrow

Project funds are held in escrow and released per milestone against written acceptance criteria. Unreleased balances remain the client's. Escrow mechanics, currency and the acceptance procedure are set out in the signed project agreement.

Intellectual property

All work product created for the project is assigned to the client on the terms of the project agreement, together with repositories, documentation and infrastructure credentials at handover. Partners retain their own pre-existing libraries and tooling, licensed to the client as needed to operate the delivered product.

Confidentiality

We treat your project information as confidential from the first email and will sign a mutual NDA on request before you share details. Partners are bound by written confidentiality terms before receiving any brief.

Governing law

Polish law, with the courts competent for the seat of ANASBRENT sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, unless the signed project agreement provides otherwise.
